Law Degree, with honours, from the University of Bari in 2001, presenting a thesis on civil law on the "Sale and Sale-Leaseback Contract" (Prof. Giuseppe Panza).
Upon qualifying as a lawyer he was awarded the 'Toga d'Onore' as the third ranked lawyer in the District of the Bari Court of Appeal. He has been a member of the Bari Bar Association since 2006.
He is an expert in criminal legal advice in matters of medical malpractice and public officials' liability towards the public administration, as well as in the fields of environmental crimes, work accidents and corporate, financial and bankruptcy crimes.
He has authored several publications in civil, administrative and (above all) in criminal law. He has also co-authored important collective works in these three practice areas.
