The Children and Families Law Team specialises in both family mediation and court proceedings before the different competent Authorities (civil courts, criminal courts, juvenile courts, and courts of guardianship).

The legal assistance provided by our Team focuses on divorce and separation proceedings, settlement of parental responsibility and property relations between spouses, drafting of 'cohabitation agreements' and rights and protections of de facto (unmarried) and civil partnerships, as well as assistance in protecting the rights of minors and of persons subject to full interdiction or incapacitation or appointment of court guardians.

Polis Avvocati provide in-court and out-of-court advice and assistance in all fields of civil law.

For example, our professionals deal with contractual and non-contractual liability - with particular reference to professional, medical and healthcare liability - banking law and financial intermediaries, succession and donations, property and enforcement procedures.

Education and Work Experience 

Law Degree from the Lum Jean Monnet University of Bari, presenting a thesis on civil procedure.


After a period of qualifying legal work experience at Studio Legale Laforgia, Castellano e Associati, she qualified as a lawyer and has been a member of the Bari Bar Association since 2015.


In the two-year period 2017-2019 she participated in the "Biennial Course of Advanced Training in Children and Families Law", organised by the School of Advanced Studies of Children and Families Law of the National Observatory on Children and Families Law at Roma Tre University.


She works in the field of Civil Law and specialises in Children and Families Law.


She provides advice in separation and divorce proceedings with a special focus on the protection of children and of relationships arising from de facto families and civil unions, as well as in both in- and out-of-court settlements of family conflicts through the use of assisted negotiation and conflict mediation techniques. She also provides assistance in interdiction, disqualification and support administration proceedings.
