Polis Avvocati took part in the conference “Legality and corporate governance in the light of Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 – Responsibilities and opportunities for SMEs,” organized by ‘A.M.I. – Associazione Murgiana Imprenditori’ of Altamura, an important opportunity for discussion on legal and organizational profiles.
During the meeting, moderated byLawyer Alessandro Lorusso and attended by representatives from the legal, tax and business worlds, the topics of compliance and corporate governance were addressed.
